One of the major service areas of Rotary is Community Service. Members of our club abide by the pledge to contribute to the community by improving the living conditions for those in their communities and to work towards the interest of the betterment of these communities.

Our members hear from the community about their needs, think of innovative ideas to fulfil them, share these ideas with other members, make plans and execute them.
While undertaking realistic and effective community service, we keep in mind whether such services will :

• Be relevantto the community or not
• Address genuine issues
• Create long term impact rather than just a “quick fix”
• Improve the quality of life for the community members.
• Encourage participation from the members of the community which is being served.

We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.
